Hilary Walker

Hilary Walker has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Hilary began their career in 2005 as a Micro-finance Project Consultant for Microfinance and Community Development in Ghana. In 2006, they moved to Alerus Financial/Property Management as a Lead Property Manager/Customer Care Manager, where they processed prospect applications, managed maintenance requests and client move in, pursued rent debts, and devised and managed customer surveys. In 2008, they became a Past President/Youth Leadership Coordinator/Treasurer for Granada Toastmasters. In 2010, they were an Independent Consultant for Tucson Meet Yourself, generating new participation for the city folk life festival. Hilary was also the Owner & CEO of Abundant Residentials LLC that same year. In 2012, they became a Real Estate Consultant for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and a Volunteer Operations Consultant for Southwest Folklife Alliance (Tucson Meet Yourself Folklife Festival). In 2015, they joined PEMCO Realty as a Licensed Realtor. Finally, in 2018, they became the Director of Seniors Division - Seniors Real Estate Specialist for American Realty Professionals.

Hilary Walker attended Mayfield School, where they obtained their GCSE in English, Math, Biology, History, Textiles and Vocational Studies. Hilary then attended Westminster College, where they earned a Diploma in Secretarial. After that, they attended Goldsmiths, University of London, where they obtained an Associates (equ.) in Youth & Community Development in 2001, followed by a Masters in Anthropology, Applied to Youth & Community in 2002. Additionally, Hilary Walker holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.
