Alicia Cushman

Alicia Cushman has extensive experience in humanitarian services and disaster finance, currently serving as Vice President of Humanitarian Services Operations at the American Red Cross since February 2017. Alicia has previously held roles such as Senior Director and Director in disaster finance within the same organization. Prior to the American Red Cross, Alicia was a Senior Business Operations Manager at Paladino and Company, managing strategic metrics and financial performance for consulting teams. Additional positions include Senior Project Manager at GridPoint, EDF Climate Corps Fellow at The JBG Companies, and Energy Assessment Manager at enXco, where operations in renewable energy and team management were key responsibilities. Alicia's educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
