Rainer Kleimenhagen

Rainer Kleimenhagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and production management. Currently serving as Manager Operational Excellence at RENOLIT since December 2020, Rainer previously held the position of Produktionsleiter at Isodraht GmbH from May 2018 to November 2020, overseeing production areas and implementing efficiency improvements. Rainer's long tenure at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH from January 1997 to December 2017 included various leadership roles in production for rubber mixing, tire building, curing, and quality control, managing teams of up to 380 employees, driving initiatives for waste and cost reduction, and enhancing product quality. Rainer holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completed in 1996, and possesses a strong foundation in quality management and training from earlier roles in the industry.
