Adam Stemper

Adam Stemper has extensive experience in IT and software development. Adam is currently serving as the Director of IT at the American Rental Association since August 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Developer at the same company from November 2020 to August 2021, where they mentored junior developers and completed requirements gathering for IT projects. Before joining the American Rental Association, Stemper worked as a Software Developer at the same company from December 2013 to November 2020, where they developed web and Windows applications and maintained SQL databases.

Before their tenure at the American Rental Association, Stemper worked as a Software Engineer at Von Maur from May 2009 to December 2013. In this role, they created and maintained applications in various languages, including C#, VB.net, ASP.net, PHP, Java, SQL, and C++.

Adam also gained experience as a PC Technician at Iowa Health System from October 2008 to March 2009 and as a Computer Tutor at Black Hawk College from October 2008 to March 2009. Earlier in their career, Stemper worked as a Beta Tester at EBE Technologies from September 2006 to September 2008.

From 2007 to 2009, Adam Stemper attended Black Hawk College, where they pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree with a focus on their field of study.
