Alejandro Avalos

Alejandro Avalos is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both education and technology. Currently a Security Analyst at American Road Group, Alejandro has also held roles as a Systems Administrator and Freelance Digital Artist, specializing in custom artwork including portraits and logos. Previous teaching positions include tenures at Mater Brighton Lakes Academy and South Windsor High School, where Alejandro served as a teacher, along with experience at the NYC Department of Education focusing on 9th grade Global History and English. Alejandro’s background includes mentoring gifted students as a Tutor Counselor in the Fordham University Science and Technology Entry Program, and serving as a Resident Assistant for the Manresa Scholars Program at Fordham University. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Fordham College and a Master of Education in Educational Science and Bilingual Special Education from LIU Brooklyn.
