Ray Tulafono

Ray Tulafono is the Chief Information Officer for the American Samoa Government since December 2022 and has held the position of CIO at the American Samoa LBJ Tropical Medical Center since May 2014. Ray also served as the Information System and Technology Administrator for the American Samoa Department of Homeland Security from September 2013 to May 2015 and previously worked at the LBJ Tropical Medical Center as an MIS Manager and CIO from November 2000 to September 2013. Earlier roles include Director of Information Systems at American Samoa Community College and Information Systems Department Technician at American Samoa Power Authority. Ray holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Computer Science, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Management Information Sciences from Chadron State College, and an Associate's Degree from American Samoa Community College.
