Yahaira Pineda

Yahaira Pineda is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in educational institutions and international settings. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at the American Community School of Abu Dhabi since August 2024, Yahaira previously held the role of Chief Communications Officer and Development and External Relations Manager at the American School of Doha from March 2017. Yahaira's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Education Advisor at the US Embassy in Riyadh from 2013 to 2015, as well as Assistant Director of Admissions at Drexel University from 2005 to 2012. Yahaira holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Howard University and a Master's degree in Global and International Education from Drexel University.
