Patrick Stover has extensive work experience in various leadership and academic roles. Patrick currently serves as the Director and Vice Chancellor at the Texas A&M University System since March 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Past President at the American Society for Nutrition from June 2013. Patrick also worked as the Co-Editor of Annual Reviews of Nutrition at Annual Reviews starting from 2014. Before that, they served as a Professor and Director at Cornell University for over 23 years, from July 1994 to February 2018. Patrick began their career as a Post-Doctoral Associate at UC Berkeley in 1991.
Patrick Stover's education history begins in 1983 when they enrolled at Saint Joseph's University. Patrick pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, which they successfully completed in 1987. Following this, they joined the Medical College of Virginia in the same year and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program specializing in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics. Patrick dedicated four years to this program and graduated in 1991.
