Thomas Smith

Thomas Smith has been with the American Society of Civil Engineers for over 20 years. Thomas started as the General Counsel in 1997 and became the Managing Director and General Counsel in 2000. In 2004, they became the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel. In 2010, they were promoted to Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel. In 2014, they were promoted to their current position as Executive Director.
