Eric M. Grace

Eric M. Grace has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Eric M. has held roles in various industries including healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations. In their most recent position as the Director of Standards Development & Training at ASHP, they represented pharmacists and worked to improve medication use and enhance patient safety. Eric also served as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer at Aspen Dental, where they contributed to learning and development initiatives. Additionally, they held the title of E-Learning Manager at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine, where they created and managed continuing veterinary education programs. Prior to that, Eric worked as an Educational Activity Coordinator and Webmaster at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they developed and managed continuing medical education programs. Eric M. also has experience in research and development as a Lead Researcher & Developer at Rochester Institute of Technology and as the Director of Digital Ripple Program. Eric has also contributed to the education sector as a high school teacher in the Rochester City School District and as an instructor at the University of Rochester's Memorial Art Gallery. Throughout their career, they have served on various boards and held leadership positions.

Eric M. Grace completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University at Buffalo in 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science for Teaching at the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2004. Later, Eric enrolled in a Leadership in Higher Education coursework at the University of Rochester, finishing in 2011. Additionally, they participated in residencies and study abroad programs at East Carolina University.
