Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez is an experienced manager in customer operations, currently overseeing activities at ASHP since January 2002. In this role, Juan is responsible for managing contracted fulfillment services and supporting the Customer Relations team while ensuring quality assurance and service level standards. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at J.Crew from June 1998 to December 2001, where responsibilities included staff recruitment and training in customer service and loss prevention. Juan also held an Assistant Manager position at Gap Inc./ Banana Republic from December 1993 to June 1998. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Maryland, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
