Jordan Whitlock currently serves on the Scientific and Medical Advisory Board for the Schinzel-Giedion Syndrome Foundation and as a Medical & Scientific Advisory Board Member for the SETBP1 Society, alongside participation in the American Society of Human Genetics Career Development Committee. Previous experience includes a two-year Leadership Development Program at Highlands College, a PhD candidacy in Genetics at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and roles in research operations for the Undiagnosed Diseases Network at UAB and Harvard. Jordan has also held positions as Program Coordinator II at the UAB Hugh Kaul Precision Medicine Institute, Teaching Assistant at Harvard Biomedical Informatics Institute, and Student Researcher in various labs, focusing on molecular mechanisms of genetic disorders. Education comprises a Bachelor's degree in Genetic and Genomic Sciences and ongoing doctoral studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
