Erin Hiley

As chief legal officer for American Specialty Health (ASH), Erin oversees the company’s legal and regulatory functions and leads teams in the legal, regulatory program compliance, contracts, and regulatory strategic development departments. In her role as corporate secretary, Erin oversees all corporate governance functions and manages corporate compliance reporting to the board.

Erin brings with her more than 15 years of experience within the legal, corporate, and health care settings. Prior to joining American Specialty Health, Erin founded Hiley Law, a firm specializing in advising and litigation in the areas of health care, privacy, cybersecurity, employment law, and general business matters in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Before founding Hiley Law, Erin held the position of vice president—assistant general counsel for Molina Healthcare, Inc., a Fortune 300 specializing in Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA programs.

Erin received her B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles prior to attending the University of the Pacific—McGeorge School of Law.

Erin is involved in diverse community and charitable projects and utilizes her free time to help make a difference in the lives she touches. Erin has been a mentor with and is a board member for Youth Mentoring Connection and an officer of Cycles of Lives.
