Jordan Miller

Jordan Miller is an experienced customer experience manager with a strong background in retail and direct-to-consumer environments. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at American Spoon Foods since June 2021, Jordan previously held a similar role at Floyd, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand, from June 2017 to June 2021. Early career experiences include positions as a Customer Experience Team Member at Filson, a Retail Key Holder at Anthropologie, and Sales Associate roles at Athleta. Jordan's foundational experience included managing staff as a Shift Lead at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams while participating in the opening of a new storefront. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and Communication Technology from The Ohio State University.
