Grace Ajayi - Aderogba Ed.m

Grace Ajayi - Aderogba Ed.M has a diverse range of work experience that spans over the course of several years. Grace began their career in 2009 as an Americorp Teaching Fellow with Citizen Schools, where they worked until 2012. Grace then went on to serve as a Pediatrics Hematology Department Intern at Boston Medical Center in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Early Intervention Teacher at Baycove, and as a Dudley Promise Corp Program Associate at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE) until 2015. Since 2015, Grace has been working at American Student Assistance, where they initially held the position of GEAR UP Academic Support Supervisor, managing a team of Education Advisors. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director of GEAR UP & Talent Search, where they continue to help students achieve academic success and access higher education opportunities.

Grace Ajayi - Aderogba Ed.M has a solid education history. Grace obtained a master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Leadership from Lesley University, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they graduated with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Grace has pursued several certifications. Grace completed the Women's Leadership Program offered by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in July 2020. Grace has also obtained various instructional design certifications through LinkedIn. These include certifications in creating video training, models of instructional design, adult learners, needs analysis, and storyboarding, all obtained in January and February of 2020. Furthermore, Grace holds certifications in CPR and First Aid from the Red Cross, although specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unavailable.
