Molly Steenson's work experience includes serving as the President & Chief Executive Officer at the American Swedish Institute. Molly was also an Associate Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, where they held various roles such as Vice Provost for Faculty and Senior Associate Dean for Research in the College of Fine Arts. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Molly later returned to Yale University to pursue a Master of Environmental Design degree, emphasizing in architectural history and theory, during the years 2005 to 2007.
