Dave Keffer

Dave Keffer has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Dave started their career in 2005 as an Industrial Engineering Manager at Grede Holdings LLC and worked there until 2009. Dave then moved on to Anvil International, where they served as an Industrial Engineer from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined TB Wood's as a Lean Facilitator from 2012 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, Keffer worked as a Plant Manager at BWise Manufacturing, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Operations at ATW.

Dave Keffer completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2020.
