Sara Rademaker

Sara Rademaker is an accomplished professional in aquaculture and marine science, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of American Unagi, a company dedicated to raising eels in land-based systems in Maine. Prior experience includes roles such as Biology and Operations Development at BioProcess Algae, Assistant Hatchery Manager at Tropo Farms, and Aquaculture and Marine Science Educator at Herring Gut Learning Center, where Sara developed educational programs and managed aquaculture projects. Early career experience involved work as an Environmental Educator with AmeriCorps and various roles in research and aquarium settings. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Allied Aquaculture Pre-vet from Auburn University.
