Brian Rider

Brian Rider, RTE, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at OneAmerica since October 2012. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile Release Train events and fostering improvements in Scaled Agile practices. Prior roles at OneAmerica include IT Portfolio Manager, Senior Vendor Manager, and Senior Project Manager, focusing on portfolio and budget management, vendor relationships, and Agile methodologies. Experience also encompasses positions at ITT Educational Services as Release Manager, Liberty University as Director of Project Management, and Director of IT at Principal Financial Group, with notable contributions to IT infrastructure and process improvements. A strong foundation in software development was established at Nortel Networks, beginning as a Software Developer and advancing to Software Development Manager. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Math from Purdue University.
