David Moser

David Moser is an experienced legal educator with a strong background in teaching various aspects of law. Currently serving as a Professor of Law at American University of Phnom Penh since August 2015, David specializes in International Economic Law, International Business Law, and Law of E-Commerce, in addition to American Law and Culture. Previously, David worked as a Foreign Lecturer at Xiamen University of Technology, focusing on Business Law and International Economic Law, and as a Professor at Belmont University, where instruction centered on legal topics related to the entertainment industry. David's academic journey began with an Assistant Professor role at Middle Tennessee State University, teaching Copyright Law and related subjects. David holds a Doctor of Law and a J.D. from The University of Memphis, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
