Samantha Clark currently serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine, focusing on the eco-epidemiological effects of arboviruses in the Christofferson Lab. As President of Veterinarians as One Inclusive Community for Empowerment and Global and Public Health Officer for the American Veterinary Medical Association, Samantha actively engages in initiatives related to public health and community outreach. Previous roles include National Executive Board Events Coordinator, where event organization and execution for a national chapter summit were key responsibilities, and various research and technical positions within veterinary settings. Samantha holds a Doctor of Philosophy/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Tulane University.
