Holly Rotkowitz

Holly Rotkowitz, SPHR, has accumulated extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at American Water since July 2012. Prior roles at American Water include Human Resources Director for the Eastern Division, Director of HR Services, and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to joining American Water, Holly held the position of Director of Human Resources at Briad Management Services from 1999 to July 2012. Holly Rotkowitz holds a Master of Arts in Counseling, Human Resources from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
