Meg Neafsey has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Service at American Water since July 2005. Throughout this tenure, Meg Neafsey has also held the role of Interim Vice President of Customer Service and Lead Process Architect. Prior to American Water, Meg Neafsey worked at Elizabethtown Water Company as Director of Customer Relationship Management from June 1996 to January 2006. Meg Neafsey earned an MBA in Business Administration from Georgian Court University.
