Robert Stoy

Robert Stoy is an experienced business development executive with a strong background in finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Assistant Treasurer at American Water since December 2018, Robert previously held the position of Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities, focusing on the Energy & Power Investment Banking Team. Robert's expertise includes valuation, financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets origination. Prior roles include business development manager positions at Shearman & Sterling LLP and Nixon Peabody LLP, specializing in global finance, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. Robert holds dual MBA degrees in Finance from Columbia Business School and London Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Sciences in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
