Tim O'Halloran

Tim O'Halloran, P.E., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for the Coastal Division at American Water since January 2019, Tim's previous positions include Construction Manager at Harris & Associates and City Engineer/Public Works Services Manager for the City of Seaside from 2003 to 2016. Tim began their career as a Bridge Engineer at Caltrans, working there from 1988 to 2003. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed between 1985 and 1988.
