Aylen Mayton currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at American Welding & Gas and is a Regional Advisory Board Member for CareerSpring, aiming to unlock employment potential for first-generation college students. Prior experience includes senior roles in global talent acquisition at PROS, where responsibilities included building inclusive recruiting programs, enhancing the onboarding experience, and managing a million-dollar budget. Additional roles were held at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Praxair, Inc., US Foodservice, and Achilles Group, focusing on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy development. Aylen Mayton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and is pursuing further education at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. A certificate in Human Resource Management has also been obtained from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
