Zach Schadek

Zach Schadek has a strong background in sales, particularly in the specialty gas industry. Zach started their career as a Sales Representative at Wrr Associates Inc from 2001 to 2004. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Matheson Tri-Gas as a Sales Engineer, specializing in specialty gases and equipment. During this time, they successfully increased direct sales and managed the sales team after Matheson's acquisition of Valley National Gases.

In 2013, Zach joined American Welding & Gas as a Specialty Gas Product Sales Representative. In this role, they focused on providing innovative solutions for compressed gas supply needs and overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of various types of gases. Zach held this position until 2019 when they were promoted to Vice President Sales - South Division. In this role, they managed sales at multiple retail store locations, oversaw key national accounts, and directed sales of specialty gases across all AWG regions.

Most recently, in March 2021, Zach was promoted to Vice President Sales - Specialty Gas at American Welding & Gas. In this position, they continue to utilize their sales expertise and leadership skills to drive growth and success in the specialty gas sector.

Zach Schadek obtained their Bachelor Degree in Education from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. Zach then pursued further education and completed their Masters of Education at Marygrove College, attending from 1999 to 2001.
