Kevin Bulger

Kevin Bulger is an experienced program manager currently working with the American Welding Society since September 2018. Prior to this role, Bulger held positions such as Systems Change at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine and Residency Program Coordinator at Community Smiles, where significant improvements in faculty and resident performance were achieved. With a strong background in community outreach and volunteer coordination, Bulger led initiatives that substantially increased service reach and enrollment in health programs. Previous roles include managing financial operations for mediation services, coordinating projects for social service planning, and securing funding through grant writing. Bulger holds a Master of Public Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Michigan State University.
