Brooke Johnson

Brooke Johnson currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Research and Development team at Amwell, focusing on innovative digital health solutions. Prior to this role, Brooke held various senior leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group from June 2008 to September 2023, including Senior Director for Business Operations and Strategy within the Fusion Team, and Chief of Staff for Optum Technology. With a strong background in operational leadership, strategic partnerships, and change management, Brooke successfully drove significant cost reductions and enhanced employee engagement through initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as talent management. Brooke holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.
