Heidi Middleton

Heidi Middleton is a seasoned professional in customer success and marketing with extensive experience in healthcare and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Amwell since September 2020, Heidi has held multiple senior positions within the organization, demonstrating expertise in clinician engagement and marketing. Prior to joining Amwell, Heidi worked at Intermountain Healthcare from April 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities included systemwide marketing initiatives and provider engagement support. Key achievements include leading the branding and marketing strategy for Intermountain Connect Care. Earlier in their career, Heidi was the Marketing & Outreach Manager for The Nature Conservancy from May 2005 to April 2012, focusing on marketing strategies and outreach programs. Heidi holds a Master of Professional Communication with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communication from Westminster University and additional degrees in journalism and general education.
