Regina Dolan is an accomplished leader in customer success with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Amwell, Regina built the company's first Customer Success team, overseeing the onboarding of over 35 employees and operationalizing CRM systems. Prior to Amwell, Regina held the role of Vice President of Customer Success & Implementation at SilverCloud Health, where responsibilities included managing customer success teams across North America. Previous positions also include senior leadership roles at BitSight and athenahealth, where Regina successfully managed large teams and developed customer engagement strategies, fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Marketing, and Human Resources from Marquette University.
