Jane Irwin

Jane Irwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as Director at S&C Electric Company, Jane is also a Board Trustee at the American Writers Museum and has held various leadership roles at the Chicago Botanic Garden, including Director and Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee. As President of Irwin Advisors, LLC, Jane advises on human resource and executive compensation program design. Previous positions include senior vice president at PotashCorp and managing consultant at Hewitt Associates, where expertise was demonstrated in human resources consulting across diverse industries. Jane holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Michigan State University.
