Ricardo Valadez is an experienced professional in economic and racial justice advocacy with a strong background in campaign management, program evaluation, and partnership development. Currently serving as the Private Equity Campaign Manager at Americans for Financial Reform since October 2019, Ricardo's previous roles include managing public education campaigns as the Economic Justice Program Director at the Center for Popular Democracy and conducting racial justice trainings for NEA. With a consultancy background focusing on market analysis and talent acquisition, valuable contributions have been made across various organizations, including Jobs with Justice and SEIU Local 105. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Labor and Social Change from Western Washington University.
