Alex J. Luchenitser

Alex Luchenitser is currently employed as the Associate Legal Director at Americans United for Separation of Church and State since January 2001. Prior to that, they worked in private practice as a Plaintiffs' Class Action Attorney from January 1997 to November 2000. They also served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California from January 1996 to December 1996, and at the Alaska Supreme Court from September 1994 to September 1995. Alex Luchenitser holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School, where they studied from 1991 to 1994, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government and Economics from Harvard University, where they were enrolled from 1987 to 1991.
