Paul Adams

Paul Adams is a Senior Editor at America's Test Kitchen since 2016, focusing on Cook's Science. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Senior Editor at Popular Science from 2008 to 2016, where management of a team to create diverse content for a large online audience was key. Additionally, Paul worked as a Freelance Writer for ChefSteps between 2013 and 2015 and was a Food Writer for The New York Sun from 2004 to 2008, producing weekly restaurant reviews and food coverage. Paul began a writing career at WIRED from 2000 to 2008, contributing numerous articles and tutorials on technology, science, and food. Paul holds a degree from the University of Chicago.
