Timothy Sparks, MBA, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project controls and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Project Controls Manager at Americold Logistics, LLC., Timothy plays a pivotal role in the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud to oversee project budgets, contracts, and risk management, while also standardizing project document repositories. Previous experience includes a role as Project Controls Manager at Parsons Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed administering project management programs and training staff, as well as managing contracts and financial accuracy. Earlier, Timothy served as a Project Controls Engineer for the City of Atlanta, focusing on scheduling, cost estimation, and earned value analysis for multiple projects. Timothy holds an MBA in Project Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clark Atlanta University.
