Jim Pratt

Jim Pratt has served as a VAVE Project Manager and Purchasing Manager at Ameridrives International since January 2013, taking over the role from retiring longtime purchasing manager Carm Phillips. Prior to this, Jim Pratt worked at Altra Industrial Motion from 1989 to January 2013, holding positions such as Project Manager Business Systems, leading a team in the development of Vantage ERP software, and serving as Value Stream Manager, where skills in lean training and kaizen leadership were honed. Additionally, Jim Pratt contributed to Ameridrives from 2007 to 2009 as Project Manager Business Systems, managing data conversion processes for various teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Planning and Operations from Western Governors University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Gannon University.
