Bill Keena

Bill Keena has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Bill currently serves as the Market President for New Hampshire at AmeriHealth Caritas, where they are responsible for the overall management of the market. Prior to this, Bill was Vice President at Centene Corporation and Vice President of Integration Management at WellCare Health Plans. Bill also worked as the COO of Acclaris and held positions as a Principle Consultant and Technical Program Manager at VALA Solutions/CACI Inc. Additionally, Bill served as the Executive Vice President at Amerigroup Corporation, where they led various operational areas and successfully turned around service operations.

Bill Keena attended Windsor High School from 1974 to 1977, where they pursued a degree in College Prep. From 1977 to 1981, they studied Philosophy, Business, and English at the University of Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications as a Certified HIT Pro Implementation Manager in 2012 and as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2010.
