Chris Zitzer

Chris Zitzer has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles within the healthcare industry. From 1995 to 2022, they held various positions, including Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Vice President, Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at companies such as AmeriHealth Caritas, UCare, UnitedHealthcare Community & State, Prime Therapeutics, Optum, and HealthPartners. Prior to their corporate roles, they worked as an associate attorney at Thomason Law Office and as a Market Conduct Examiner at the North Dakota Insurance Department.

Chris Zitzer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of North Dakota in 1992. Chris then continued their education at the same university and obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law in 1995. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Culture Transformation Facilitator Certification from Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company in 2015 and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 2013.
