Fred Dickson

Fred Dickson is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of AmeriHealth Caritas. He is responsible for the development and implementation of AmeriHealth Caritas' enterprisewide Information Solutions strategy.

Prior to joining AmeriHealth Caritas, Dickson served in several key information technology roles, including Vice President of Information Technology at Coventry Health Care, Chief Information Officer for Marshfield Clinic Health System's Security Health Plan, and Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. He started his career at Prudential Insurance Company and also worked at The Pillsbury Company.

Dickson was also a finalist for Philadelphia's first CIO of the Year ORBIE Award. Dickson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Minnesota. He is also a graduate of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota's Advanced Leadership Development Program.
