Vandna Bhrany Mph

Vandna Bhrany MPH has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Vandna began their career at HMO Blue of New Jersey as a Sr. QI Coordinator, where they participated in the NCQA Accreditation Process and managed the HEDIS program. Vandna then moved on to Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Mgr, QI, where they prepared delegates for the NCQA Accreditation process and was responsible for QI activities.

Vandna then joined FamilyPlus Health Plan of Ga as the Director of Quality Improvement for a brief period before working as a Consultant at Vindus Consulting. In this role, they assisted HMOs with quality review, NCQA Accreditation preparation, and the establishment of guidelines. Vandna also provided expert reviews for malpractice cases.

In 2009, Vandna joined Peach State Health Plan/Centene as the Director of Accreditation. Here, they were responsible for the Plan's success in HEDIS reporting and NCQA Accreditation. Vandna led a team of six and implemented various strategies to improve outreach to members and providers, enhance cross-functional activities, and develop provider incentive programs.

Following their time at Peach State Health Plan, Vandna worked at Aqurate Health Data Management as the Director of Business Development & Special Projects, where they focused on developing business opportunities and overseeing special projects.

Vandna then served as the Director of QI and Risk Adjustment at Evolent Health, where they implemented quality improvement and risk adjustment initiatives.

In 2016, Vandna joined Advantmed as the Vice President of Client Engagement and Product Operations. Vandna was responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing client-level projects, streamlining processes, and collaborating with data and clinical teams to improve operational excellence.

Currently, Vandna is employed at AmeriHealth Caritas as the Vice President of HEDIS Strategy & Analytics. In this role, they are accountable for quality and Medicaid risk adjustment performance strategy & analytics, clinical program evaluation, and operational execution of programs.

Throughout their career, Vandna has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, efficiency in program execution, and a focus on delivering successful outcomes both operationally and fiscally.

Vandna Bhrany earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Vandna later obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from UCLA.
