Mitchell Tsai

Mitchell Tsai has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Mitchell currently serves as the SVP, HR Director at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of First Vice President, Talent Acquisition at the same company from August 2019 to August 2021. Mitchell also worked as the Human Resources Director at Western Alliance Bank starting in August 2021. Before that, they were the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition at Cetera Financial Group from February 2017 to August 2019. Mitchell has also held roles such as Sr. Director - Talent Acquisition at American Advisors Group (AAG Reverse Mortgage) from August 2014 to December 2016, and Consultant - Recruiting Manager at PMAC Lending Services Inc. from April 2014 to July 2014. Mitchell gained experience in recruiting and management at Discover Financial Services, LendingTree, OneWest Bank, Target Corporation, and IndymacBank.

Mitchell Tsai received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UC Irvine in 1996. Mitchell then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Strategy from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, completing the program in 2005.
