Sudhanshu Jain

Sudhanshu Jain is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and PKI. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since July 2019, Sudhanshu actively participates in architectural decision-making and resolves complex technical issues. Previous roles include a SW/Application Tech Support Analyst at Accenture, where a lack of learning opportunities prompted a departure, and a Senior Subject Matter Expert at Convergys Pvt Ltd, where Sudhanshu gained Microsoft Certified Solution Expert credentials and handled Active Directory Replication troubleshooting. Earlier experience also includes technical support at Teleperformance, focusing on Windows Operating System and Office 365. Sudhanshu holds an MCA degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from Amity University Rajasthan, completed in 2015.
