Michael Tesler

Michael Tesler has an extensive work experience in the banking industry, starting as a Vice President at Barnett Bank of Atlanta in 1990. Michael then held roles at Bank of America, UPS Capital Global Trade Finance, BB&T, Flagstar Bank, Touchmark National Bank, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Regional President at Ameris Bank since 2012. At Ameris Bank, Michael has led the growth of the North Georgia Region to become the largest loan and deposit share within the Bank.

From 1985 to 1990, Michael Tesler attended Parker College of Business at Georgia Southern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance.
