Melissa D. Morrison, BBA, MHA, CSPO, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and project coordination. Currently serving as a Sr. Claims System Analyst/Product Owner and National Service Coordinator at Amerisure Insurance since March 2007, Melissa has excelled in building relationships with agency customers and internal partners while developing service strategies to meet customer needs. As a Subject Matter Expert for Guidewire ClaimCenter, Melissa has contributed to the integration team focusing on the Claims Department's business needs. Previously, Melissa held the role of Project Manager at Methodist Healthcare, facilitating Tele-Medicine Services and managing grant documentation.
