Jean Ocampo

Jean Ocampo is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as Claims Systems Manager at Amerisure Insurance since April 2008, Jean manages a claims system support team while overseeing the Claims Digital Experience product team. Prior roles included Senior System Claims Analyst and Field Claims Specialist, where Jean was responsible for the administration and support of the ClaimCenter system and conducted comprehensive investigations of losses. Previously, Jean worked as a Senior Claims Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance, managing complex workers' compensation claims across multiple states. Jean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Fordham University, obtained in 2002.
