Carrie Symon

Carrie Symon, FLMI, FFSI, ACS, ARA, serves as the New Business Manager at Ameritas since November 2007, where significant contributions include developing a comprehensive training program that achieved an 81% retention rate among newly hired New Business Representatives and Application Coordinators. As a Senior Analyst, Carrie successfully drafted user-friendly training documents and established a New Business audit process, which identified trends and training needs through detailed error tracking. Prior to Ameritas, Carrie held the position of Senior Policy Verification Coordinator at US Financial Life Insurance Co, where training of new associates and ensuring the accuracy of issued policies were key responsibilities. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
