Tom Callahan has over 26 years of experience in the IT support field, currently serving as an IT Senior Support Center Analyst at Ameritas since December 1997. In this role, Tom Callahan excels in providing excellent customer service and developing second-level problem resolution, delivering technical support to both internal and remote associates nationwide. Prior to this, Tom Callahan worked as a Computer Operator at Union Central/Ameritas, where responsibilities included operating and maintaining hardware peripheral devices in the data center and managing mainframe print queues.
