Rob Manning

Rob Manning, P.E. is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Alternative Delivery Manager at Ames Construction since March 2015, where responsibilities include leading alternative delivery projects and managing a significant CMGC project for Union Pacific Railroad in Colton, CA. Previously, as a Project Manager at Ames Construction, Rob directed the construction of 22 miles of rail for the Perris Valley Line project. At Sundt Construction, Rob managed a $15 million road reconstruction project in El Paso, Texas. Earlier roles include serving as Design Task Leader at Jacobs Engineering, contributing to various transportation projects, and as Procurement Assistant at RML Electric. Rob began their career as a CADD Designer at JBS Contracting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
