Kyle Dagestad

Kyle Dagestad has an extensive work history in safety, security, and environmental management. Kyle served as the Security and Emergency Services Director at Ames National Laboratory, overseeing various programs. Prior to that, they held roles in the US Air Force Reserve, including Operations Superintendent and Readiness and Resources Flight Chief. Kyle'sexperience also includes managing environmental programs at Iowa State University and working as a Senior Lead Field Chemist at Clean Harbors.

Kyle Dagestad completed their Bachelor of Science in Professional Geography at Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2006. Kyle also obtained an Associate of Science in Air Transportation from Community College of the Air Force in 2017 and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Riverland Community College in 2001. Additionally, they earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2021. Furthermore, Kyle holds various certifications including Certified Export Compliance Professional, Professional Manager Certification, Certified Hazardous Material Manager, Iowa Certified Construction Site Pollution Prevention Inspector, and Certified Dangerous Goods Professional.
